This policy outlines the process for returning products and obtaining refunds. Please read it carefully and contact us if you have questions.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
Return Period: 7 Days
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. This window allows you sufficient time to inspect the product and decide if you want to keep it.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: Item must be in original, unused condition
- Original Packaging: All original boxes, cables, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- No Damage: Item must not be damaged, dented, scratched, or altered
- Sealed Units: Protective seals and stickers must remain intact
- No Signs of Use: No dust, dirt, or evidence of testing or operation
- Complete Package: All parts listed in the original packaging must be present
3. How to Return Your Product
Step 1: Contact Us
Email returns@kanhaiyalalsons.in or call +91 7004737505 with your order number and reason for return. Please provide clear photos of the item in original packaging.
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll review your request and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in original packaging with all accessories. Important points:
- Use the Return Authorization Number on the package
- Ship via registered/trackable courier service
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- We recommend insured shipping for high-value items
Step 4: Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, we inspect the item to verify it meets return conditions. This typically takes 3-5 business days. We'll notify you via email.
Step 5: Refund Issuance
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refund amount excludes original shipping charges.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used Items: Products showing signs of use, even minor wear
- Opened Software/Licenses: Activated licenses, software, or digital codes
- Custom Orders: Customized, personalized, or built-to-order equipment
- Installed/Modified Items: Items that have been installed, modified, or repaired
- Missing Parts: Items with missing accessories or original packaging
- Clearance/Sale Items: Some discounted items may be non-returnable (noted at purchase)
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence (unboxing photos, damage close-ups)
- Keep original packaging and all materials
- We'll arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping)
Manufacturing Defects
Items with manufacturing defects within the warranty period are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer for repairs or replacement at no cost to you.
6. Refund Amount & Deductions
Standard Returns
Refunded Amount: Product price only (excludes original shipping, taxes where applicable, and return shipping costs)
Damaged/Defective Items
Refunded Amount: 100% product price + original shipping (for qualifying damage)
Promotional Discounts
If you used coupon codes or promotions, refunds are calculated on the discounted price, not original price.
7. Product Exchange
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or size:
- Request exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Item must meet standard return conditions (unused, original packaging)
- Price difference: You pay extra if exchanging for a higher-priced item; receive credit if lower-priced
- Return and new item shipping are the customer's responsibility
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for replacement shipment
